He has starred in rugby league and rugby union, and Brad Thorn is set to come out of retirement this weekend.
Thorn, who played for Leinster on a short-term deal in 2012 won the Heineken Cup with Joe Schmidt's side. The win in Twickenham, meant that Thorn became the first player to win the World Cup, Super Rugby title and Heineken Cup.
After retiring in 2015, Thorn returned to Australia, where he joined the Queensland Reds as a coach. When arriving in Queensland he admitted he would love to don the boots once more, but it has taken until this weekend for the dual-star to get his wish.

Thorn will start on the bench for Queensland Country in their National Rugby Championship game away to the Western Sydney Rams. Queensland have lost their opening four matches.
The dual-international works with the Queensland team as a coach, and has been allowed lace up once more by former Australian international Toutai Kefu. Thorn is only ten months younger than Kefu.
Thorn began is career for the Brisbane Broncos in 1994, when he played rugby league. He played in 450 matches, and should at least add one more to that list, this weekend.
