"A memory for life" - Zlatan Ibrahimovic describes returning to Sweden to face his hometown club

If you look at the Champions Leagues fixtures that will take place tonight, the clash between Malmo and PSG would not jump off the sheet.

The game, however will be one of the most emotional taking place in Europe tonight because of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swedish superstar returns home to face the team he started his career with and the team he still supports to this day.

Ibrahimovic played for Malmo from the youth levels in 1996. He joined the first team squad in 1999, before moving to Ajax in the Netherlands two years later.

In a video released before the game, the Swedish club interviewed one of their most famous sons ahead of the game. It's well worth listening to, to hear Zlatan's passion for his home town and club. He tells the club that "it is still my team" despite having not played for the club in 14 years.

The ten time Swedish footballer of the year has provided a big screen for Malmo's residents to watch the game in the city centre. The Swedbank Stadion holds 21,000 for Champions League games which is less than 10% of the cities population.

The 34-year-old has already taken to his Twitter account today to speak to the Malmo fans ahead of the game. Whatever happens, it should be a memorable occasion in the Swedish city.
