There is just over six months to go until the Modern Pentathlon events get underway at the Youth Arena in Rio de Janeiro.
European Modern Pentathlon Chmapion Arthur Lanigan-O'Keeffe is one of Ireland's best medal prospects ahead of the Games and over the last few months, Newstalk Sport has brought you on his journey to his second Olympic Games.
This week, Arthur shows us the life on an athlete in down time when out of competition. A comfortable house can be crucial for an athlete as it keeps them at ease when based at home.
The video shows Arthur, along with training partner and housemate Calvin Bradley performing Yoga in the house along with practising with a pistol while aiming it at a homemade target it on a wall. "We use this for visualisation for when we shoot, so we just focus on the process and not the result."
