Celtic have suffered an embarrassing defeat in their Champions League second qualifying round first leg in Gibraltar.

Brendan Rodgers' side were beaten 1-0  by part-timers Lincoln Red Imps.

After going into the break scoreless, Lincoln hit the front three minutes after the break when Lee Casciaro turned Celtic defender Efe Ambrose and finished past Craig Gordon to give the Gibraltar side a shock lead which they held on to.

Lee Griffiths struck the crossbar twice for Celtic.

The second leg is at Celtic Park next week.
