Pat Lam welcomes back Bundee Aki and Matt Healy to the Connacht squad ahead of Saturday's visit of Glasgow to the Sportsground.
Aki, who has made 25 appearances for Connacht this season, returns after recovering from a knee injury that kept him sidelined for Connacht's 22-21 defeat away to perennial strugglers Benetton Treviso.
Meanwhile, Matt Healy also looks to make his return to full team action this week after recovering from a back injury.
Healy is the Guinness Pro12 leading try-scorer having crossed nine times for the Irish province.
Connacht have already guaranteed a semi-final appearance, but a win over Glasgow would see them secure a home draw for the game.
Lam may also have Danie Poolman and Craig Ronaldson to choose from with the pair remaining under medical supervision and may have some involvement in the weekend's tie.
Denis Buckley and Nathan White remain out of contention.
