Bundee Aki charged with misconduct

It relates to a number of incidents during a match between Connacht and Leinster

Connacht centre Bundee Aki  has been formally charged with misconduct by the Disciplinary Officer of PRO12 Rugby.

The charge relates to his behaviour to and remarks directed toward, referee Ian Davies, during and immediately after the Round 20 fixture between Connacht Rugby and Leinster Rugby.

The Disciplinary Panel will consist of two members, Roger Morris (Chair) and Simon Thomas (both Wales), which has been approved by Connacht Rugby.

If the misconduct complaint is upheld by the Disciplinary Panel then Aki could face a fine and/or a suspension.
