It seemed the dust had finally settled on the 'retirement' fiasco and normal ordered had been restored in the UFC.

Following the events of recent weeks, Conor McGregor had been pulled from UFC 200 and his rematch with Nate Diaz was off for the time being, with the featherweight champ's next fight now set to be one to defend his belt.

Jose Aldo and Frankie Edgar will meet in the octagon for the interim featherweight belt, with UFC president Dana White seemingly confirming the winner will face the Dubliner in a unification bout.

Well apparently it's not the fight McGregor wants as he posted on his Facebook page 'Nobody gives a f*ck about these other fights until this one is settled.Cut the bullsh*t. Run it back,' along with a video of his UFC196 bout with the phrase 'Diaz#‎RealFight‬',

An immediate rematch now seems extremely unlikely given the events that have unfolded in recent weeks while White insists McGregor's next bout will be at featherweight, or he will have to relinquish the belt.
