Cork City are through to the FAI Cup final.

A Sean Maguire brace helped John Caulfield's side beat St Patrick's Athletic 3-1 at Richmond Park.

Alan Bennett also hit the back of the net for Cork while Christy Fagan was on target for Pats.

They will face either Dundalk or Derry City in the final with both sides still having to replay their semi-final on Tuesday after drawing at Oriel Park this afternoon.

Cork will hope to go one better than last season when they lost 1-0 to an extra-time winner from Dundalk's former midfielder Richie Towell.
