Blues edged out West Ham
Antonio Conte has seen his Chelsea side win in his first competitive game in charge.
The Blues beat West Ham 2-1 at Stamford Bridge in their Premier League opener.
The decisive goal came in the 89th minute from Diego Costa, who found the bottom corner with a shot.
Eden Hazard had given Chelsea the lead just after half-time when he converted a penalty after Michail Antonio had fouled Cesar Azpilicueta.
But James Collins equalised for West Ham when the ball fell for him at a set-piece.
But the Hammers could not hold on to the draw as Costa found the net.
