Denmark's Soren Kjeldsen and Thorbjorn Olesen are four shots clear at the top of the leaderboard at the World Cup of Golf in Melbourne.

A 70 for the pair overnight left them on 14-under, four shots clear of Jimmy Walker and Rickie Fowler who are in second.

Shane Lowry and Graeme McDowell carded a 70 themselves to move to 5-under, nine shots off the lead and in a tie for 8th.

After a slow start, four birdies on the back nine had the Irish challenge on track.

They are tied for that 8th place with Sweden's Alex Noren and David Lingmerth and New Zealand's Danny Lee and Ryan Fox.

Wu Ashun and Li Haotong of China are third on 9-under.
