Eddie Jones's England squad will head into next year's 6 Nations as the form team in the northern hemisphere.
A remarkable run has seen them win 14 straight test matches, including a 6 Nations Grand Slam and a test series clean sweep in Australia in June.
Jones's bullish demeanor is aggravatingly well placed as he has turned the team that disappointed in the 2015 World Cup campaign into one of the best teams in the world.
England are a powerful team who play at pace. They have a strong scrum and a fairly solid line-out. In George Ford and Owen Farrell they finally have two creative generals in midfield after going the guts of a decade with the most boring backline they have ever fielded.
In the pack Billy Vunipola provides the platform from which the rest of the team can build on. They have pace out wide in the form of Mike Brown and Jonny May and with Ben Youngs or Danny Care at 9, they spread the ball as quick as anyone.
Like any team, they have weaknesses. Their discipline can be tested and used against them as witnessed in the recent match with Argentina.

They don't have an out-and-out number 7. Well they do but they can't pick Steffon Armitage, so they are vulnerable at any breakdown out wide. That being said, they marshaled Pocock and Hooper expertly yesterday although Ireland did the same the previous week so perhaps their influence is waning.
Their tails are up at the moment and it can be painful to listen to. Their 6 Nations campaign begins at home to France before they travel to Cardiff.
Back-to-back home games follow against Italy and Scotland before they head to Dublin on St. Patrick's weekend in the last game of the tournament.
