Everton invite fans to send messages to Seamus Coleman

Everton are giving fans around the world, the opportunity to contact Seamus Coleman.

The Republic of Ireland captain suffered a double-leg break on Friday night in the World Cup qualifier against Wales in the Aviva Stadium.

While the length of his recovery remains unknown, the Donegal defender will not play again this season. If the length of his recovery is at the quick end of the timescale, he may return to Goodison Park in the early weeks on next season.

Coleman is one of the most popular players at Everton, and the club have made a special effort to show how valued he is by the club and its fans.

The club intend to collate the messages of its fans to give to the 28-year-old, during his recovery. If you would like to send a video or e-mail with a message, you can contact the club at [email protected]. On social media, posts with the hashtag #GetWellSeamus will be given to the defender.

The club have also created a postal address for fans to contact Coleman. If you want to write to him, you can do so at the following address.

Get Well Seamus,
Media and Communications Department,
Everton Football Club,
Finch Farm,
Halewood,
Merseyside,
L26 3UE,
UK.
