Felix Jones set for role in Munster coaching set-up - Report

Felix Jones is set to be included in the Munster coaching set-up as a "skills and development officer", according to the Irish Independent.

The paper report that Munster's new director of rugby Rassie Erasmus has offered the former Ireland and Munster player the chance to return to the club in a coaching capacity.

Jones was forced to call time on his career last October after struggling with a neck injury. He has a Master's degree in Sports Psychology at the University of Limerick and spent some with Harlequins last week in a coaching capacity.

Erasmus is said to be in Limerick this week with Jacques Nienaber, a former teammate and former Springbok defence coach, who is also set to join the province. He was the defence coach of the Springboks side that reached the World Cup semi-final last year.

Munster have confirmed that Denis Hurley, BJ Botha, Cathal Sheridan, Gerhard van den Heever, Shane Buckley and Jordan Coghlan will all leave the province this year.
