Connacht prop Finlay Bealham looks set to make his Ireland debut against Italy after he was called up as a late replacement for the injured Cian Healy.
Healy was originally named on the bench for the game but pulled out on Friday due to a hamstring strain. The Leinster prop pulled up during training with a hamstring strain on Thursday.
If Bealham makes his debut on Saturday he will become the fifth debutant of the campaign following CJ Stander, Josh van der Flier, Stuart McCloskey and Ultan Dillane.
The 24-year-old Australian-born prop joined Connacht's academy in 2011. He made his professional debut in just over two years ago for the province.
