The quarter final line-up for the Fitzgibbon Cup has been completed.

Davy Fitzgerald's LIT have finished top of Group C after recording a 5-14 to 3-13 victory over Waterford IT and will now face UCD next week.

That defeat, coupled with DCU's 0-19 to 1-14 win over Trinity has cost Waterford IT a place in the last eight.

DCU take second spot in Group C instead, and will travel to UCC next week.

Tuesday night's other game saw NUI Galway draw 0-19 apiece with Cork IT, and NUIG will be away to holders Mary Immaculate in the quarter finals.

UCD saw off UUJ by a 1-25 to 0-5 scoreline at Jordanstown.
