Galway United and Sligo Rovers unveil new signings

The SSE Airtricity League returns after the mid-season break this evening.

Cork City hold an 18-point advantage at the summit ahead of hosting Limerick at Turner's Cross at 8pm. Cork's Ryan Delaney is likely to miss the game with an ankle injury.

Shamrock Rovers make the trip to Finn Harps in the other 8pm kick-off. In the 7.45pm games, Drogheda United will hope to win their first Louth derby in three years when they host rivals Dundalk at United Park.

It's a meeting of two of the top four as Bray take on Derry at the Carlisle Grounds.

St Pat's look to move out of the relegation zone with a win against Bohemians at Richmond Park.

Victory for Waterford at home to Cabinteely would see the Blues extend their lead at the top of the First to five-points.

UCD host Shelbourne while there's a clash of the bottom two as Wexford host Athlone.

Meanwhile, Sligo Rovers have completed the signing of Swiss striker Benny Igiehon. He'll join the Bit o' Red from July 1st - subject to international clearance.

The 23-year-old was Scarborough Athletic's top scorer last season.

Galway United today also announced the signing of former Athlone Town striker Eoin McCormack.

The 22-year-old was part of the Ballinasloe Town side that won the Connacht Cup and Roscommon Premier Division Cup this year.
