Gardiner and O'Reilly remain on track for Olympic qualification

Ireland's Michael O'Reilly is just one more victory away from qualifying for the Rio Olympics.
The middleweight defeated his Mongolian opponent,Shinebayor Narmandakh, by unanimous decision in their last-16 bout today at the Olympic qualifying tournament in Baku and must now face the home favourite from Azerbaijan for a place in Rio on Thursday.
There was also victory for Dean Gardiner this evening in the quarter-finals of the super heavyweight division.
The Tipperary native scored a massive win over his Ukrainian opponent - and he's now just two wins away from Rio.
Gardiner needs a gold medal this week, but has two wins so far in Baku.
