Ireland's clash with France will be shown in Croke Park this Sunday

The GAA will screen the second half of Ireland's European Championship last 16 tie with France this Sunday at Croke Park.

The game has already caused disruption in the GAA's calendar and the association have moved fixtures between Kildare and Westmeath and Dublin and Meath back by two hours to accommodate fans hoping to watch the game.

The games were supposed to throw in at 2pm and 4pm respectively but have now been pushed back to 4.15pm and 6.35pm.

The move avoids a potential television clash and the decision to show the second half of the game is to make sure fans don't stay at home to watch the game.

So now, for the first time during a gaelic games event, football will be shown live on the big screens at Croke Park.

Fans will be able to take their seats in Croke Park when the turnstiles open at 2.45pm. The second half isn't set to start until just after 3pm.
