Irish rugby fans treated to Champions Cup double header

Both Munster and Leinster will play their Champions Cup quarter-final draws on April 1, tournament organisers announced on Friday afternoon.

The Irish provinces will both play home draws following the conclusion of the Six Nations the games will be played in the same afternoon.

Wasps come to Dublin to face Leinster in the Aviva Stadium at 3.15pm on the Saturday afternoon, while later that evening Munster host Toulouse at Thomond Park with kick-off at 5.45pm.

Should Munster progress they will face either Glasgow or Saracens, while Leinster would come up against French opposition in the form of Clermont or Toulon.

The final is set for Murrayfield on May 13.
