The rumours of Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri taking charge of Chelsea next season are not going away.
Allegri has won the Serie A title with AC Milan and Juventus, and the 48-year-old has been consistently linked with replacing Guus Hiddink at Chelsea next season. On Tuesday, Allegri tried to quash the rumours when speaking to an Italian television station.
"There's nothing to it. I cannot either confirm or deny something that doesn't exist... I want this matter over and done with now. What's important for me right now is to get to the end of the season with Juventus and try and win some silverware".

Off the Ball spoke to Italian football expert James Horncastle on Tuesday's show about whether Allegri may end up in the Premier League next season, saying "he does see himself working in England at some stage in his career. He already saw himself working in the Premier League... I think he had high hopes of getting the Spurs job before Pochettino got it".
Horncastle thinks that Allegri has an "Ancelotti-like quality about him, which is to radiate calm, particularly when it comes to the big games".
"I don't think (Allegri) is in a rush" to go to the Premier League, Horncastle added. "You can understand that if not this summer, then next, why someone like him would want to work in the Premier League".
