Manchester City have confirmed the signing of midfielder Ilkay Gundogan from Borussia Dortmund.
Gundogan has signed a four-year contract with the Premier League side despite nursing a dislocated knee injury.

The Germany midfielder will miss Euro 2016 as a result of the injury but has been highly-rated throughout his career, being part of the Borussia Dortmund side which reached the 2012-13 Champions League final against Bayern Munich.
A deep-lying midfielder, he has 16 Germany caps, featuring at Euro 2012 but missing World Cup 2014 through injury.
"I can promise the City fans I will give everything to help us win titles both in England and the Champions League. These are exciting times", the German revealed after signing.
He also wrote an open letter to the Dortmund fans to thank them for their support in his five-year spell at the club.
