Jim Gavin makes two changes for Leinster final against Westmeath

Dublin chase a sixth successive title

Jim Gavin looks to secure Dublin's sixth successive Leinster title tomorrow afternoon when they face Westmeath at Croke Park.

Gavin makes two changes to the side that beat Meath by 10 points last month.

James McCarthy drops out of the squad in place of Eric Lowndes and Michael Daragh MacAuley comes into midfield for Dennis Bastick.
