A couple of years ago, John Giles told Off The Ball about the time he was arrested for squirting water pistols at passers-by as a young player at Manchester United.
It wasn't the only prank from his playing career as he recounted another involving snow and the motor of his former Leeds United team-mate and future Ireland boss Jack Charlton.
A text from a listener came into the show referencing an incident when a snow man was made on Charlton's new car which Joe Jordan recently recounted, although it was unclear who was involved in the prank.
“Jack Charlton opened the door and there was a snowman sat in his passenger seat!”

"It would have been the usual. Allan Clarke would have been involved, Billy Bremner and probably myself," said John of the likely culprits.
"I would say I would've been involved with it. I can say that now. I would have denied it to Jack at the time."
"I remember putting snow inside his car one day and he didn't take things very well, Jack. He didn't have a great sense of humour like that," John chuckled.
"Footballers are a bit immature and having a bit of fun. But there was a lot of that going on at different times."
