Jurgen Klopp cautioned for behaviour towards fourth official

Liverpool's Premier League challenge still has a fleeting pulse, as they drew 1-1 with Chelsea on Tuesday night.

After conceding a first-half strike to David Luiz, Liverpool equalised through Georginio Wijnaldum early in the second-half. Diego Costa had an opportunity to win the game for Chelsea from the penalty spot, but his shot was saved by Simon Mignolet.

The Belgian's save sent Anfield into a frenzy, with manager Jurgen Klopp appearing to shout aggressively in the face of fourth official Neil Swarbrick.

When asked about his actions post-match, Klopp admitted he shouted "nobody can beat us", and was not giving out to Swarbrick about the decision.

The German manager also revealed he apologised to the 51-year-old moments later, which was accepted. Klopp's version of events will have to be clarify in referee Mark Clattenburg's match report. If the version of events match what the Euro 2016 Final referee says, then Klopp may avoid a potential touchline ban.
