Warren Gatland has named his Lions side to face the Auckland Blues in their second tour match against the Auckland Blues.

Jack McGrath starts in the front row alongside captain Ken Owens and Dan Cole. Maro Itoje partners Courtney Lawes in the second row with James Haskell, Justin Tipuric and CJ Stander making up the back-row unit.

Rhys Webb and Dan Biggar are the half-back pairing with Robbie Henshaw and Jard Payne in the centres.

Elliott Daly and Jack Nowell are named on the wings with Leigh Halfpenny completing the back three.

Rory Best, Joe Marler, Kyle Sinkler, Iain Henderson, Peter O'Mahony, Greg Laidlaw, Johnny Sexton and Liam Williams are all named on the bench.

Looking ahead to the match, Munster's CJ Stander said: "I think if we make a mistake, they're going to punish us. We're looking forward to it. I think we had a good few training sessions now. I think everyone is on the same page.

"As is said earlier on, we're working with a group of lads here that are the best of the best," he added.
