Liverpool have confirmed that they will sign England Under-20 international Dominic Solanke from Chelsea this summer.

The striker will complete his move to Anfield at the start of July, with a fee to be decided by a tribunal.

The 19 year old Chelsea academy graduate has only made one senior appearance for the club in a Champions League group stage game against Maribor in 2014-15 and spent the 2015-16 season on loan at Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem, where he scored seven league goals in 25 games.

At underage level, he has won the FA Youth Cup twice as well as the UEFA Youth League with Chelsea.

At international level, Solanke was joint top scorer in 2014 as England won the UEFA European Under-17 Championship, scoring four times, including in the final against the Netherlands.

He is currently in action with the England under-20s at the World Cup in South Korea, where he found the net in the opening day win against the host nation.
