Medics rushed to help an Anfield steward who suffered a heart attack

Yesterday was not a good day at the office for Liverpool as they tasted defeat at the hands of Manchester United.

More galling still was the manner of the defeat as their rivals won thanks to one of very attempts on goal through Wayne Rooney.

Liverpool fans don't enjoy losing to any team, let alone Manchester United but one home fan at Anfield had good reason not to care about the result.

Christopher Rimmer was at the game when he witnessed a worrying incident involving one of the stadium stewards just off pitch, the outcome of which was infinitely more important than the results on the pitch:
