Manchester City have beaten Huddersfield Town 5-1 in their FA Cup fifth round replay as Pep Guardiola's side advance to the last eight.

Having drawn 0-0 in the original tie, City surprisingly found themselves 1-0 down to their Championship opponents as Harry Bunn's shot went through the legs of goalkeeper Claudio Bravo after seven minutes.

City trailed for 23 minutes before the in form Leroy Sane levelled finished from close range.

By half time, it was 3-1 to City as Sergio Aguero converted a penalty and his Argentinean compatriot Pablo Zabaleta added a third in quick succession.

After the break, Man City would score two more. Aguero got his second 17 minutes from time, before his 79th minute replacement Kelechi Iheanacho made it 5-1.

Guardiola's team will face Premier League opposition in the shape of Middlesbrough in the quarter finals, with that tie taking place at the Riverside Stadium on March 11th.
