Tiger Woods is getting more support from his fellow professional golfers.
Former world number one Martin Kaymer says a lot of the reaction to the American being held on suspicion of driving under the influence has been "unfair" and that people should do more to help the 41-year-old.
"Obviously a lot of people know what happened to Tiger Woods over the last few days," he said. "There are so many comments and opinions that are so unfair and disrespectful.
"Everyone who is involved in golf was changed by his legacy and by his play. There are so many things he has done. He has brought cultures together. He made African Americans feel more comfortable to play golf.
"He inspired kids and teenagers. He inspired all of us."
He continued: "I find it so nasty that people are kicking him while he's down. Yes, he's in the public eye and in the spotlight a lot, people will always talk about him. But why are you being so nasty? Why not try the opposite and help him?"
Woods was arrested by police after being found asleep at the wheel on the side of the road in Florida. The American put it down to a reaction to prescription drugs. Footage released by police showed him struggling to walk and slurring his words.
