Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has dismissed any speculation linking his team with Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.

Speaking at a press conference today ahead of Spurs' clash with champions Leicester City on Saturday afternoon, the Argentinian manager laughed off any suggestion that the London club were chasing Aguero.

Reports in Spain this week suggested that Tottenham were looking to secure the services of the 2015 Golden Boot winner, after Aguero was dropped by Pep Guardiola in recent weeks.

Asked to address the rumours, Pochettino laughed and replied: "Not true, 100 per cent not true."

Pochettino also said that Harry Kane could return for Tottenham's north London derby at Arsenal next Sunday, with the England striker nearing a return from an ankle injury.

Kane has been missing since September 18, with Dutch striker Vincent Janssen and Son Heung-min filling in in the mean time.
