Mayo boxer Ray Moylette turns down Tokyo 2020 route to go pro

Ireland's Ray Moylette has announced that he is turning pro.

The Mayo light welterweight won European gold in 2011, but missed out on Olympic qualification this year.

Rather than wait around for Tokyo in 2020, the 26-year old has decided to join the professional ranks.
