Nate Diaz's coach believes Conor McGregor is on steroids

The fight may only have been made with less than two weeks notice, but it looks like there will be plenty of bad blood between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz on Saturday night.

McGregor and Diaz met last week for the first time ahead of the 170lbs fight. The Dubliner was noticeably angry when Diaz alleged that McGregor was using steroids.

"Oh I sure do believe that, heck yeah. Some guys do get busted. And to be honest with you, I know McGregor's gotta be on some kind of steroids, he's pretty big and then all of a sudden jumping to 170? Yeah, there's no way."

"He was supposed to be fighting at 155, if you think about it, he was focusing on training at 155, he only had two weeks two, and all of a sudden he's gonna jump to 170?"

"There's something going on, but we're still going to fight."

Perez also revealed that the reason he thinks the fight is at 170 instead of 155 is because McGregor was struggling to make the weight. The two men meet in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
