Dublin's Neil Seery becomes the latest announcement for the UFC's Belfast card in November as he gets set to take on American Ian McCall.

McCall was set to fight Ray Borg at UFC 203 in Cleveland, but was denied a bout and a pay-out after Borg withdrew from the fight at the last minute.

After telling respected MMA journalist and The MMA Hour host Ariel Helwani that he would like to fight Seery in Belfast, the Finglas native replied he was more than willing to take the fight.

Seery now faces the American fighter on the card headlined by SBG fighter Gunnar Nelson; UFC Fight Night: Kim vs. Nelson which takes place at the SSE Arena in Belfast on Saturday, November 19.

Dong Hyun Kim takes on the Icelandic fighter, who saw an impressive return to form with a second round submission of established welterweight Albert Tumenov - who had won his previous five fights up to that point.

Nelson has won only two of his last four fights, but his two defeats came against the highly rated Demian Maia and hard-hitting Rick Story - to whom he lost on a split decision.

McCall was also scheduled to fight Justin Scoggins at UFC 201 but again had to endure a last minute withdrawal.
