Partick Thistle claim it's "the best job in the world" and it could be yours.

The Glasgow club are looking for someone to take on the job of becoming their new mascot Kingsley. As long as they are between five feet eight inches tall and six feet two inches.

Kingsley was introduced last year to widespread publicity for its non-traditional appearance. The mascot was designed by Turner Prize nominated artist David Shrigley last summer.

The Scottish Premiership side have nearly become as famous for being associated with the mascot, instead of the other way around, such has been his popularity.

The job is not a paid one but the winning applicant will receive a Partick Thistle season ticket for next season. They will also get "fantastic opportunities to travel the country and meet celebrities like David Hasselhoff, Rachel Riley and Jonathan Sutherland off the telly".

Last but not least, the winner will get "that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you know you have made thousands of people happier". Sure money cant buy that.

Partick Thistle begin their Scottish Premiership campaign at home to Inverness Caledonian Thistle on August 6th.
