Paul Dunne shoots four consecutive under-par rounds to earn top 10 finish

Ireland's Paul Dunne finished best of the Irish at the Made in Denmark tournament this weekend, shooting four under-par rounds to secure a top ten finish.

The Greystones golfer pockets a whopping €33,360 for his trouble and leaves himself in good shape ahead of the Omega European Masters in Switzerland.

Shane Lowry, meanwhile, finished with a final round 70 finish on five under-par and tied for 24th, alongside Ryan Evans of England.

He does his chances at being included as an unlikely wildcard no harm, but may be edged by German Martin Kaymer who finished tied for 6th on 11 under-par.

The tournament itself was won Belgium's Thomas Pieters who also staked a claim for being included in Darren Clarke's team to take on the US. Here's what he had to say after today's event.
