Seamus Power remains in contention at the Sanderson Farms Championship, after carding a 69 on day two.
The Waterford man hit two birdies on the front nine in Jackson Mississippi, including a 27-footer on the par-4 18th hole. He now sits just two strokes adrift of American leader Grayson Murray. Yesterday's score compliments his opening round 65 in which he hit seven birdies and was bogey free.
The only bump in Power's performance was a bogey on the 16th before the recovery on the 18th in what is just his second PGA event since earning his card.
Another good round for Seamus Power overnight at the Sanderson Farms. -3 for Rd2, and sits -10, 2 shots off the lead
