Cork City have closed the gap to SSE Airtricity Premier Division league leaders Dundalk back down to four points.

John Caulfield's side maintain the pressure on the defending champions after a battling 1-0 win over Finn Harps tonight in Ballybofey.

Sean Maguire's 69th minute goal was enough for the Leesiders to take the points, despite finishing out the game with just 10 men after Steven Beattie was red carded.

In tonight's other match, Bohemians were 1-0 winners over Wexford Youths.

Kurtis Byrne's goal on the stroke of half-time was enough for the home side to take all three points at Dalymount Park.
