Katie Walsh appears to be a doubt for Saturday's Grand National after suffering a serious arm injury at Aintree on Thursday.

Walsh was taken to hospital following a fall from Distime at The Chair in the Foxhunter's, which is run over National fences.

She was due to ride the Paul Nicholls challenger Wonderful Charm in the big race on Saturday.

Nick Scholfield is expected to replace Walsh if she is unable to take part in the Grant National.
