The 2016 edition of the RBS Six Nations was brought to a close on Saturday, with England being crowned Grand Slam champions for the first time in 13 years.
In a disappointing campaign for Ireland, they have earned two places in our team of the tournament, while England lead the way with five, but who makes the cut?
15. Stuart Hogg (Scotland)

Hogg was at his imperious best for Scotland during this year's tournament, making 395 yards and beating 17 defenders, remaining the jewel in the crown of an ever developing Scottish side. His try against Ireland, and assists for Tim Visser and Tommy Seymour will live long in the memory.
14. George North (Wales)

North remains one of the most exciting wings in test rugby, and he really kicked on another level this year, finishing with four tries to his name, two of which were absolute scorchers.
13. Jonathan Joseph (England)

His hat-trick against Italy was the individual highlight of an excellent tournament for the Bath centre, as he continues to stave off the challenges of Elliot Daly and Manu Tuilagi for the centre positions.
12. Jamie Roberts (Wales)

Continues to excel in the physically demanding Welsh gameplan, with his consistency and reliability a real strength for Warren Gatland's side.
11. Anthony Watson (England)

Electrifying pace, excellent finisher. Another strong few outings for the Bath full back, with his strike rate now one in two for the national side.
10. Dan Biggar (Wales)

Has surpassed Sexton as the elite out-half in the Northern Hemisphere with an excellent tournament. Finished the tournament with 54 points and two tries.
9. Greig Laidlaw (Scotland)

Scotland's top points scorer with 62 and the driving force from the base of the scrum. He continues to excel as captain.
1. Jack McGrath (Ireland)

Continued his development into a world class loose head all the while keeping Cian Healy at bay.

Talismatic player from the front of the scrum. Was the ire of Ireland after a bad tackle on Dave Kearney, but proved an abrasive leader.

Scotland aren't the only country to benefit from a naturalised South African, as the Glasgow prop has turned their scrum into a force to be reckoned with.
4. George Kruis & 5. Maro Itoje (England)

This year's Six Nations saw England's second row come of age, with Itoje already looking the complete player in multiple totemic displays, while Kruis has proved a classy set piece operator.
6. CJ Stander (Ireland)

Has blossomed in the green of Ireland, finishing the tournament with two tries and almost undroppable. His form has left many fans salivating at the prospect of a double act with Peter O'Mahoney when he returns from injury.
7. John Hardie (Scotland)

Picked up where he left off from the World cup, putting in a number of barnstorming displays on the openside. His work at the breakdown provided Scotland with the go forward ball they needed to play their attacking game.
8. Billy Vunipola (England)

Came to the forefront as Eddie Jones looked to build an attacking game around him, with his destructive running proving brutally effective for go forward ball.
