Sunday Night Takeaway: Man United stroll into the next round while Leeds crash out of the FA Cup

There were some more "magic of the cup" moments on Sunday as Sutton United, Millwall and Fulham all progressed at the expense of higher ranked clubs.

Millwall stun Watford

Watford's poor form continues as they were accounted for by League One side Millwall.

Steve Morison's volley late on was enough to separate the sides as Millwall continued their giant killing exploits this year after knocking-out Bournemouth in the last round.

Watford can now focus on avoiding relegation from the premier league and that starts with a trip to Arsenal on Tuesday.

Hull City crash out

Fulham also ensured Hull City can solely focus on their league status after humbling the premier league side 4-1 at Craven Cottage.

Sone Aluko opened the scoring before Evandro brought the visitors level.

However the home side pulled away in the second half with goals from Chris Martin, Ryan Sessegnon and Stefan Johansen sealed the win.

Hull travel to Old Trafford in the league this Wednesday.

Martial answers Mourinho's challenge

Jose Mourinho's side made routine work of their FA Cup meeting with Wigan, hitting four past the championship side who are currently in the relegation zone.

The much maligned Marouane Fellaini edged the Premier League side in front just before half-time before further goals from Chris Smalling, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Bastian Schweinsteiger settled the tie.

Mourinho issued a challenge to Martial during the week, promising that if the French player impressed today, he would be rewarded with a starting place in their next Premier League outing against Hull.

Doubts have been raised about the winger's future at the club, after he was omitted from the two previous match-day squads.

Martial responded to the challenge well today. After a few wobbles in the first half, he imposed himself more on the game and played a key role in the goals from Smalling and Mkhitaryan.

Sutton storm past Leeds United

Non-league side Sutton stunned Leeds United with a 53rd minute penalty to see them through to the fifth round of the FA Cup.

Jamie Collins converted the decisive penalty to secure the win against a Leeds side who are 84 places ahead of them in the League standings. They join Lincoln in the last 16, making 2017 the time two non-league clubs have reached this stage of the FA Cup since the foundation of the Football League in 1888.

Interestingly, their assistant coach Ian Baird guided Leeds to the FA Cup semi-final in 1987.
