The Premier League is to get a new look from next season

The Premier League have revealed their rebranding ahead of next season when they hope to become one of World sports most recognisable leagues.

In a similar format to the Champions League and All-Ireland Championships, the Premier League will now not have a title sponsor. It will instead use associate sponsors throughout the season but none will have naming rights.

The move comes as the league is continuing to expand their global operations, with games being shown around the World. In recent years, the Premier League seems to have cracked the American market and the rebranding is seen as a step to try and increase the league's recognition globally.

Despite previous reports, the iconic lion is to stay as part of the new logo. It was previously stated that the lion was to be removed from the branding, but would remain on the trophy.

From next season, the Premier League is going to look a little bit different...
