A list of the people who are set to speak at The Republican Party convention this this summer in Cleveland has been leaked, and it contains a number of surprising names.
Throughout his campaign, Donald Trump has been showing that he's not afraid to bend the rules and that he understands how to play the media, and he looks set to continue that trend at the GOP's biggest event his July.
The New York Times report that the leaked list includes former Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow and UFC President Dana White.
Across the four nights, the focus will be on a number of the different issues that have been on the agenda for Trump throughout the campaign, with speakers looking at the economy, immigration, Hillary Clinton's role in Benghazi, and a "presentation detailing former President Bill Clinton’s sexual misconduct."
Trump's children are all scheduled to speak across the four days, as well as golfer Natalie Gulbis, Senator Ted Cruz and former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani.
While the choice of some of the sporting stars may seem odd, Trump has previously expressed admiration for Tebow and his leadership skills, noting that he deserved to be in the NFL as it looked around the time that it appeared as though he would be released by New York Jets in 2013.

This isn't the first time that a number of figures have been floated as potential speakers, however, with Trump stating on Twitter that Mike Tyson would not in fact be appearing on the night, despite the rumours.

However, The Times note that the full roster of speakers was "confirmed by two people with direct knowledge of the convention planning."
While the speakers do have name recognition, and some of the vice-presidential candidates including Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn and Newt Gingrich will feature, there is a notable lack of figures from the GOP itself, as Trump's relationship with backers and the party's leading lights continues to be a difficult one.
