WATCH | OTB AM | Champions Cup build-up, GAA direction & City's dirty money?

It is important, from time to time, that we lend a veneer of respectability to proceedings on OTB AM. Joining the usual cabal of scoundrels and vagabonds in studio this morning is Paul Rouse, UCD lecturer in Irish History and Sports History.

Ger and Paul have a lot to talk about, with an exciting weekend of club rugby action on the horizon. The lads will be joined in studio by Andy Dunne to discuss Leinster and Munster's prospects as well as talking up - and at once jinxing - an all-Ireland Champions Cup final.

To make best use of Paul's skills, we will be discussing the direction of the GAA. With various proposals on its future, is there a way of keeping the spirit of the inter- and intra-county Gaelic games while balancing commercial considerations? That will be sorted by 09:15, the county boards will be delighted to know.

The flame of 1998 still burns in the hearts of those in Galway, so we will discuss whether Michael Donnellan would make it into a team of the 1990s. Feel free to get in touch with us in studio to let us know what you think. But only if you completely agree with everything we say - otherwise, we have nothing for you.

We will pore over the most contentious topics in our Breakfast menu this morning: Manchester City's questionable money sources, the fall-out from the Belfast trial and potential clubs for Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding, the golden era of Irish horse racing and the tiering of existing GAA structures.

All of this comes in addition to this morning's back pages, which Ger and Paul will discuss at length. Sub-editors of this morning's tabloids beware - they have a keen eye for a pun. And a bad one at that.

OTB is brought to you in conjunction with our friends at Eir. #LetsMakePossible
