Having not been in a professional wrestling ring since WrestleMania XX in March 2004, Bill Goldberg finally returned on Monday night.
With rumours of a potential return to the WWE, every few years, Goldberg returned to WWE Raw on Monday night. Last week, he was challenged to a fight with Brock Lesnar.
The former UFC Heavyweight Champion was Goldberg's opponent in Madison Square Garden at WrestleMania XX. On Monday night he accepted a re-match with Lesnar.
Goldberg (49) has not wrestled since the birth of his son, and has gone on record to say if he was to return to the ring, it would be to let his son see him wrestle in the flesh.
Although not yet confirmed. It is expected to the match will take place at Survivor Series on November 20th.
