The NASCAR Sprint Cup drivers zoom around the track at Daytona International Speedway - aka 'The Big One' - took place on Saturday night, and those expecting a trademark big wreck on the course were not left disappointed.

With 71 laps left to go, one of the drivers suddenly jolted inwards on the track, collided with another car, which resulted in 22 cars piling up into the wreck, and nearly half the drivers were taken out of the race within seconds.

Once the track was cleared, the rest of the race continued mostly without incident, until the very last lap, when the runner-up was clipped, which caused his car to spin out and finish the race in reverse.
