Goalkeepers have traditionally had long careers with many playing into their forties including recent internationals such as Jens Lehmann, David James and Edwin van der Sar.

Brazilian goalkeeper Dida seems to be as agile as ever as a training video from his club Internacional has shown. The 41 year old former Brazil and AC Milan goalkeeper has played in Brazil since 2012 after his spell in Europe and his flexibiltiy does not seem to have deserted him in the final stages of his career.

From watching the video, he would put a lot of goalkeepers half his age to shame.
