Connacht were the only Irish team not to win on the opening weekend

The Pro 12 season started last weekend, with all four Irish provinces in action.

On Friday night, there were home wins for Leinster and Ulster against Benetton Treviso and Newport Gwent Dragons respectively. On Saturday, Munster won in Wales against Scarlets while champions Connacht lost at home to Glasgow Warriors. 

Leinster 20-8 Benetton Treviso 

Ulster 29-8 Newport Gwent Dragons 

Scarlets 13-23 Munster 

Connacht 5-41 Glasgow Warriors 

Munster and Connacht are at home this weekend in Round 2 against Cardiff Blues and Ospreys respectively. Leinster travel to table-toppers Glasgow Warriors while Ulster head to Italy to play Benetton Treviso.
