Manchester City might not be having the best of seasons, but at least they are within striking distance of leaders Arsenal in this season's Premier League title chase.

They can also claim to a squad, whose core know exactly what it takes to get over the line and win the league, with key players like Joe Hart, Vincent Kompany, Yaya Toure and Sergio Aguero still forming the spine of a side which held the trophy aloft in 2012 and 2014.

Arsenal too have more players in the 'Been there, done that, wore the T-shirt' category in comparison to previous seasons with Mesut Ozil, Petr Cech and Alexis Sanchez knowing what it takes to win major honours at previous clubs and internationally.

When you look at the rest of the current Top 4, Tottenham have a number of players who have won the Dutch league like Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen, but surprise package Leicester City, on the other hand, lack players who have won the biggest trophies in the game.

But how do Arsenal and Man City really compare when you look at what their squads have won individually?

In the graphic below we include title wins in Europe's Big 5 leagues (England,Spain, Italy, Germany and France), the World Cup, major continental trophies (Euros, Copa America etc), and the two major European club trophies in the shape of the Champions League and Europa League).

Arsenal only have two players in their squad with Premier League-winning experience, with Petr Cech getting his hands on the trophy four times and Danny Welbeck also part of a United squad which won the league in 2013.

Felipe Anderson 'doesn't know' where he will be at the end of the month.
