The agent of Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says he has been given permission to talk to other clubs.
The long-time Stamford Bridge No 1 has been second choice behind Thibaut Courtois this season, after a decade of being the regular.
Arsenal and Liverpool have been linked with the Czech Republic international, who is now 32.
Viktor Kolar said: "Petr still has a contract that ends in a year. I can confirm, however, that we have been permitted by Chelsea to negotiate with interested parties."
But Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is playing down suggestions that Petr Cech has been told he can find another club.
"I don't know if it's absolutely true what the agent is saying - or maybe it is - but after that the player has to be concerned with Chelsea," he said.
