Last night, former Ireland defender Kenny Cunningham told Off The Ball that he would not look to call up Jack Grealish to the squad again after the Aston Villa youngster stuck to his decision to hold off on a decision about his international future.
There was plenty of reaction online to Kenny's points online and many of you agreed with him:
@offtheball Yep. Die was cast today. Wouldn't go sniffing again. If he comes calling himself, all well and good.

@offtheball spot on kenny only embarrassing ourselves looking desperate and small. Would effect the spirit of the players in squad also.

@offtheball totally agree with him. Happy to play under age then changes his mind when England come knocking. Let him off don't need Fr Damo

@offtheball he's right to be fair, the chap has potential but if he doesn't want to play for us we shouldn't want him.

@NewstalkSport @NewstalkFM Well said Kenny. About time someone spoke up for all those fans who would do anything to wear the green shirt.

@BrianODriscoll @offtheball Agree completely. No point in chasing Grealish any more. He obviously thinks he'd be doing us a favour!!

A few others think Grealish deserves another chance once he makes up his mind:
@offtheball give him one more chance and then let him take his chance with the fabulously successful Three Lions set up

@offtheball that is ridiculous. How many times did James McCarthy say he wasn't ready?

@BrianODriscoll @offtheball We agreed in Sep to let him decide this Summer. He's been 100% consistent. We must be fair and wait as agreed
